Neboke is a Sanskrit word meaning “long life” or “happiness.The word “Nebo” is derived from “Nibodha” meaning “long life” and “Ki” from “Sukha” meaning “happiness.Therefore, Neboiki is considered an auspicious word, meaning “longevity and happiness will come to you.The official name of the restaurant is Tosa Ryori NEBOKE. Tosa is the common name for Kochi Prefecture, which is famous for its seared bonito.So you can also eat fresh seafood dishes.
